CP21/13: Consumer Duty draft response

The FCA is consulting on proposals for a new Consumer Duty. The proposed new duty will set a higher level of consumer protection in retail financial markets. The CCTA has been involved in discussions about the proposals with the FCA and other trade associations. We have also talked to some members about the potential impact of the proposals.
