CMC Update: April 2025

We knew the lead-up to new charging rules for CMCs would always be turbulent. We saw some of that in the run-up to the deadline. Some issues still need to be resolved. Members have flagged a wave of questionable complaints to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), many of which appear to have been deliberately submitted just before the new case fee regime kicked in.
