As part of the FCA’s programme of reform to the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR) they are conducting a voluntary survey to help them get a better understanding of the nature and size of the costs firms face in undertaking SM&CR related activities.
The survey will ask respondents to enter a FRN number to preserve survey integrity by ensuring that responses are genuine. The information respondents provide will not be shared publicly, but data aggregated across the full population of survey respondents will be used to inform estimates that the FCA will publish in the cost-benefit analysis for a forthcoming consultation.
If you would like to take part, you can do so via the below link. The survey will close on 5 June.
