FCA Speech
Rebalancing risk to fuel growth

Dominic Holland, Director of Market Oversight gave a speech at the Association of Corporate Treasurers Annual Conference 2025. He said that the FCA is committed to rebalancing risk across the industry which can spur growth. He added that decreasing regulatory burden is also a focus, but not at the expense of consumer protection.
