FCA Publication: FCA - CP26/19: Changes to penalty and decision-making policies

The FCA is updating the Decision Procedure and Penalties Manual (DEPP) to keep the policy current and consistent with how the regulator works in practice.

It will help the FCA to act faster, deter misconduct and maintain confidence in UK markets. The consultation closes on the 10 August.
