The Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is consulting currently on proposed reforms to competition and consumer policy. The CCTA is developing its response and would like input from members. There are three areas of proposals that will be of interest to members. BEIS is also asking for views about areas where the Government might be able to change the rules to remove red tape for business while still maintaining consumer protection.
