Much of our recent work on motor finance redress has taken place through smaller discussions rather than general member updates. We have been liaising with a group of CCTA lenders involved in wider industry discussions. Naveed and I have also been working directly with individual firms, often acting as a sounding board as they consider how the scheme applies to their business model and customer population.
