While there have been very few regulatory announcements, it has been a useful week for regulatory engagement. Our meetings with both the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman Service gave us the opportunity to discuss issues currently affecting members and the wider direction of the credit market. Our catch-up with the FCA covered a broad range of topics, including the Deferred Payment Credit (DPC), High-Cost Short-Term price cap review, and FOS reform.
