Through my work with the Consumer Credit Trade Association (CCTA), I have seen firsthand the value of forums like MALG in enabling constructive dialogue among creditors, advice organisations, and other stakeholders across the debt landscape.

The programme has been announced as Bob Winnington prepares to retire after many years of dedicated service to MALG. Bob has been a tireless advocate for collaboration across the debt advice and creditor community, and his leadership has helped shape MALG into the respected forum it is today.

I am grateful to have been included among this group of Ambassadors and look forward to continuing to support MALG’s work by sharing good practice and helping strengthen collaboration across the sector.
