With the redress consultation now closed, the FCA’s work continues through the Christmas period. So I wanted to briefly update you on the key points we have raised on behalf of CCTA motor finance members before Christmas. And also provide a heads-up that the FCA will be in touch with some lenders to follow up on the Dear CEO letter from October.
