FCA consultation on motor finance redress scheme

The FCA has published its consultation on an industry-wide scheme to compensate motor finance customers. The consultation will run until 18 November. More documents have been published including a Dear CEO letter outlining the steps the FCA expects firms to take now, as well as when the scheme starts.
