The CCTA has arranged for the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) to run a virtual Meet the Ombudsman session for members. The session, which will run from 10:00am – 11:30am on Thursday 23 September, is aimed at firms that have had little or no experience of dealing with FOS complaints.
