We can live without a Brexit deal, says Boris Johnson

Boris Johnson has said a Brexit deal is “there to be done” but insisted that Britain could prosper without one despite a “tough winter” of coronavirus restrictions ahead.

Asked what would happen if the UK and EU failed to strike a trade deal by the end of the transition period in December, the prime minister said: “We can more than live with it.”
