Update to FCA webpage on Directory Persons under SM&CR

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its webpage on Directory Persons information submission and publication under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR). The webpage sets out the deadline for banks, building societies, insurance companies and credit unions to submit their Directory Persons information via the FCA’s Connect platform as 9 March 2020. All other solo-regulated firms must submit their Persons Directory data by 9 December 2020.
