UK Finance has published a whitepaper, Cyber Incident Response – Is Your Firm Ready?, which is intended to help firms to reflect on their incident response plans by providing insight on regulatory and operational considerations, including issues specific to the financial sector such as how to contact customers during a cyber incident, how regulatory reporting is to be managed, and what provisions for access to cash need to be made.
