The Money Charity – February Money Statistics

The Money Charity has published its latest Money Statistics. The key figures highlight that:

• In the year to January 2023, inflation was 10.1%
• The average credit card debt per UK household was £2,290 in November
• Total unsecured debt per UK adult was £3,913
• Total debt, secured and unsecured, per UK household was £65, 914
• Total debt owed by people in the UK stood at £1,832.8 billion at the end of December.
