The Financial Reporting Council: The Future of Corporate Reporting

A consultation on the deployment of a more agile approach to corporate reporting has been launched by the FRC. The proposals aim to challenge existing thinking about how companies can meet investors and other stakeholders’ needs. These developments include: embracing the opportunities available through technology to improve the accessibility of corporate reporting; and a model that enables reporting that is flexible and responsive to changing demands and circumstances. Consultation ends: 5 February 2021.
