Temporary permissions regime notification deadline postponed by FCA

The FCA has published directions which postpone the final date for notifications under the temporary permissions regimes to 30 May 2019. This applies to EEA firms operating in the UK, alternative investment fund managers, undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities, e-money services and payment services.
