Summary of Financial Inclusion Policy forum meeting

The Financial Inclusion Policy Forum, which brings together key industry stakeholders to work on policy initiatives to tackle financial exclusion, has published a summary of its meeting held in February. The notes highlight that the Economic Secretary spoke about how the Financial Services and Markets Bill helps promote financial inclusion. Fair4All also gave an update on their research about the need to scale up access to affordable credit.
