Speech by Sheldon Mills on diversity and inclusion

FCA’s Sheldon Mills, Executive Director, Consumers and Competition, last week gave a speech at the ABI Conference addressing diversity and inclusion. He explained that whilst progress is being made, firms need to focus more on diversity and inclusion strategies and policies to ensure the financial services market embraces a corporate culture of inclusion for all, especially in the cost-of-living crisis.
