Research statistics from Money Advice Trust

Research carried out by the Money Advice Trust highlighted some important cost of living statistics, as follow:

  • 25% of adults are using credit to pay for essential bills and food
  • only one in five adults feel prepared to deal with the rising cost of living
  • in the next three months, 20% of adults expect that they will have to borrow money within the next three months to pay for essential bills.
