Report on Consumers’ access to financial services published by Treasury Committee

The Treasury Committee has published its report on Consumers’ access to financial services, following an inquiry launched on the 9 November 2018. The Treasury Committee assessed the FCA’s definition of vulnerability, as well as whether it can be practically applied by financial services providers.
