ONS Business insights and impact on the UK economy: 21 October 2021

The ONS published data illustrating the impact of challenges facing the economy and other events on UK businesses.

Among the main points from the release, almost one in six businesses (16%) intend to use increased homeworking as a permanent business model going forward, with the main reasons for this being improved staff wellbeing, reduced overheads and increased productivity.
