New FCA webpage on key people directory submissions

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a webpage regarding its new public database for the details of key people working in financial services, to which banks, insurers, credit unions, and building societies must submit data between 9 September 2019 and 9 December 2020. The webpage links to relevant forms, a userguide, and the policy statement that sets out the final rules on the establishment of the Directory, which forms part of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SM&CR).
