The Money Market Funds (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 were made on 28 February 2019. This enactment makes amendments the Financial Regulators’ Powers (Technical Standards etc.) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and addresses the deficiencies in retained EU law in relation to money market funds (MMFs). Parts 1 and 2 of the enactment come into force on 1 March 2019 with the rest of the enactment coming into force on exit day.
