LIBOR – New FCA webpage on what firms need to know about the transition
Regulatory Updates | 17/09/20
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a new webpage, LIBOR transition: getting my firm ready, explaining what firms need to know, and actions they need to take, for transition away from LIBOR. The page gives general information and actions that should be considered by all firms, and additional information specifically relevant to firms undertaking: asset management; benchmark administration; corporate finance (and similar) advice; custody services provision; principal trading; and wholesale brokerage. The page will be periodically updated with information for affected firms ahead of the end of 2021.
