Latest FOS complaints data published

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) published its latest quarterly complaints data.
The data includes the number of enquiries and new cases received by the FOS, the number of complaints passed to an ombudsman for a final decision, and the proportion of complaints resolved in favour of customers.
The press release from the FOS highlights a 30% increase in ‘authorised’ scam complaints.
