Joint Regulatory Oversight Committee holds first meeting

On 25th March, the FCA, PSR, CMA and HM Treasury published a joint statement on the future of open banking, announcing the creation of a joint regulatory oversight committee. The first meeting of the Oversight Committee was held on 12th May, chaired by FCA’s Sheldon Mills, in which the Terms of Reference and the role of the committee were agreed.
