The UK has left the EU, and the transition period after Brexit comes to an end this year. This webpage tells you what you’ll need to do from 1 January 2021. It will be updated if anything changes.
This information is for UK businesses and other organisations that:
• receive and transfer personal data to/from organisations abroad, including the European Economic Area (EEA), which includes the EU
• operate in the EEA
