During the month to the end of April 2019 the ICO had 121 cases under investigation. Almost all complaint topics decreased in April, though the most notable changes were the drop in broadband (-823 / 28%) and debt management concerns (-554 / 48%). This decrease is not unexpected given the spikes seen in these topics in recent months.
