The House of Lords EU Services Sub-Committee has published a letter (dated 21 September 2020) from John Glen, Economic Secretary and City Minister, responding to a letter seeking clarity on the post-Brexit future relationship in financial services. The letter considers:
• the UK-EU equivalence decisions
• future UK-EU regulatory co-operation
• future UK financial services regulatory framework.
