FOS publishes plans and budget statement for 2023/24

As per their annual process, the Financial Ombudsman Service consulted on their plans and budget for 2023/24 during December 2022 and January 2023. FOS has now published the plans and budget for financial year 2023/24. The plans include their strategic priorities and the complaints they expect to receive, whilst the budget looks at their funding proposals, costs and reserves. You can read the full statement here.
