FOS publishes discussion paper on future funding models

The Financial Ombudsman Service has released its discussion paper to seek views on potential future funding models. The discussion paper looks at potential models for Compulsory Jurisdiction Levies, Case Fees and group charging structures, as well as FOS’s view on charging professional services firms who bring complaints on behalf of consumers. Industry responses are due by 5th August.
