FOS publishes COVID-19 webpage guidance

As part of Financial Ombudsman Service’s (FOS) work on COVID-19, it has published a webpage outlining information for firms and consumers on its service and approach to complaints. The webpage mentions the Financial Conduct Authority’s ongoing consumer forbearance guidance and specific guidance for complaints relating to motor finance, mortgages and section 75 claims.
