FOS publishes action plan

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) has published an action plan in response to an independent Review commissioned by the Board. The findings of that review have been published alongside the action plan.

The plan details the key strategic and operational changes that the FOS is undertaking and is focused on including a new operating model and exploring changes to the organisation’s funding model.
