FOS publish latest quarterly data

FOS publish latest quarterly data including the number of complaints received between October and December 2019.
Between 1 October and 31 December 2019 they received 195,851 new enquiries and 83,754 new complaints – with 9,160 complaints passed to an ombudsman for final decision. On average, they upheld 34% of the complaints they resolved. View the full data on the FOS product complaints data page.

They have also published data showing the number of complaints against claims management companies (CMCs) over the same period. You can see this data on their Claims Management Ombudsman website.
