FOS: Our stategic plans and budget for 2019/2020

The Financial Ombudsman Service have published their plans and budget for 2019/2020. This sets out plans for the upcoming financial year, following on from the responses received to recent plans and budget consultation.
In summary it covers:

• how we’ve prepared for when our remit extends to handling complaints made by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) about financial businesses and to complaints made by customers about claims management companies
