FOS Newsletter – July Edition

In the latest version of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) newsletter, Ombudsman News, their Chief Executive Abbey Thomas, talked about the how the Ombudsman is ready to deal with complaints about Consumer Duty. She gave a keynote speech at the City & Financial Global Summit. The newsletter also provides insight to annual complaints data for 2022/23, warns about a rise in ‘hybrid scams’ and addresses the financial difficulties in the mortgage sector.
