FOS attends oral evidence meeting with Treasury Committee

Last week, the Chair of the Financial Ombudsman Service, Baroness Manzoor and the CEO, Abby Thomas attended an oral evidence meeting with the Treasury Committee. In the meeting, FOS were scrutinised around their action plan, budget, backlogs and speed in dealing with complaints. FOS admitted to having 13,000 complaints unresolved after a year of being referred to FOS. You can read or watch the full meeting here.
