Financial Services Consumer Panel issues response to FCA’s DP20/1

The Financial Services Consumer Panel have released its response to the FCA discussion paper “Transforming Culture in Financial Services – Driving Purposeful Culture”. The Panel notes that while it welcomes the continued discussion and reflection on purposeful culture in financial services, it remains sceptical about whether “top down” programmes of cultural change will have the practical effect of altering ingrained behaviours and delivering better outcomes for consumers.
