In December’s edition of Ombudsman News, the FOS draw attention to their latest consultation on the proposed plans and budgets for 2023/24, which opened early December. They continue to invite responses before the closing date of 31 January 2023. The newsletter also addresses mortgage difficulties and refers customers and business to their newly published guidance addressing their approach to complaints about financial difficulties.
