Last week, the FOS published their latest newsletter, The Ombudsman News. In this edition, they cover their Plans and Budget consultation which closes at the end of the month. They also mention their blog on helping businesses resolve complaints and go on to look at cost-of-living complaints around financial difficulties, unaffordable lending and fraud and scams.
