FCA’s quarterly (Q1 2022) financial promotions review data

The Financial Conduct Authority released data last week in relation to their financial promotions reviews. The review of 379 financial promotions resulted in them issuing 84 notices to firms to amend or withdraw their financial promotion(s). Retail investments and retail lending were the sectors with the highest number of amend/withdrawals.
