FCA updates webpage on key people directory submissions

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its webpage regarding its new public database for the details of key people working in financial services, to which banks, insurers, credit unions, and building societies must submit data between 9 September 2019 and 9 December 2020. The update confirms that the FCA will publish the directory permissions data for the above categories of firm in March 2020, and for all other firms in December 2020.
