FCA: Transforming how we support customers online

Following extensive research, the FCA have launched a new webpage for consumers as part of their transformation as a regulator. They want consumers to feel better informed and confident in contacting the regulator. The webpage aims to be informative through use of appropriate tone and language and addresses the 5 R’s relevant to consumers: Risks, Rights, Remedies, Rule changes and Reporting. Whilst not focused on financial education, the website will provide and signpost consumers to appropriate information relevant to their needs.
