FCA to publish findings into implementation plan reviews

This week, the FCA is due to publish their key findings from their review of firms’ Consumer Duty implementation plans. Since October, the regulator has requested sight of implementation plans from a number of medium to large firms across the financial services sector. Their report is due to highlight areas of good practice as well as areas for improvement.
