FCA to conduct further survey on firms’ financial resilience

Regulatory Updates | 10/09/20

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced that it will ask a number of firms to complete a short survey to help it obtain a more accurate view of firms’ financial resilience in the context of the coronavirus pandemic. The survey, which follows the first phase of the COVID-19 impact survey in June 2020, will be emailed to relevant firms between 16 and 22 September 2020. The data from the survey, the completion of which is mandatory, will be used alongside existing data to support the ongoing work of the FCA. The FCA also expects to repeat the survey in the future.
