FCA speech on the UK Listing regime

Clare Cole, Director of Market Oversight at the FCA, gave a speech on the UK listing regime which included developments since the Listings Review and next steps for reform. In the speech she said the proposals are the most wide-ranging reforms to the UK’s capital markets in over three decades, driving forward changes to attract the brightest and best companies and ensure investors have the information they need.
