FCA review of retained provisions of the Consumer Credit Act: Final report

The FCA has submitted its final report on the review of the retained provisions of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (CCA), to HM Treasury. The FCA was required by Parliament to review the CCA and to submit its final report to the Treasury by 1 April 2019.
