Industry News | 18/11/19

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has published a Research Note, Gender diversity in UK financial services, examining how gender diversity has developed at senior level looking at role, firm, and sector to see what gains, if any, have been made. Findings include that there is generally greater gender diversity in larger firms, with large investment management institutions having more gender diverse senior management. By contrast, institutional brokerage is the least gender diverse subsector.
